• Clients send us their tapes for transcription -- turnaround time is RUSH or 2-3 business days from receipt of tapes. Tapes are returned at no cost.  Free shipping of tapes to us is available via express delivery.
• Digital DIAL-IN or transmission of digital recordings available through our online platform.
• Faxing "work order" form prior to sending tapes facilitates better production scheduling.
• All tapes are logged in and verified for tracking purposes, sorted via either claim number, adjuster, names, etc.
• For client reference, transcribed tapes are returned with affixed label indicating they were/were not transcribed, and the date that the statement was transcribed.
• We believe the transcribed statements are the "work product" of the insurance company that requested the transcription.  We hold these completed statements in archives indefinitely, always available to resend upon request.

• Our Statements are transcribed in a format that keeps the Question and Answer together, with a double space between that set.  We Do Not use the "deposition" type format where every Q and A is a separate line.  That inflates the length of the document and is actually more difficult to read.  Also, the lines are numbered for convenient referencing.
